Is fairness always in your mind when dealing with your employees? How do you manage redundancy situations without discriminating? How have you treated you employees during lockdown and how have those employees who have worked from home, feel they been treated?

7:00 – 7:20pm: Presentation of topic

7:20 – 7:40pm: Discussion in breakout rooms with feedback

7:40 – 7:50pm: Report back by break out groups and further discussions

7:50 – 8:00pm: Wrap-up and mentions of relevant upcoming events etc

About the speaker: Justine Brown

Justine Brown is the CEO and Founder Just Global HR Services Limited. Just Global HR Services Specialises in HR Outsourcing, HR Consultancy, HR on Demand and Coaching. All of these services support businesses to improve its efficiency, change the way they work and provide business growth. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and European Employment Law, Chartered Fellow of CIPD, Chartered Fellow of ICSA and is a Chartered Director. Justine has experience of working in diverse and challenging global industry sectors including; Construction, Facilities Management, Property Development, Marine, Logistics, Supply Chain, Health, Public Sector and Charity.
