Workplace relationships – the good, the bad and the ugly

May 25 @ 6.30 pm - 8.00 pm

Each of us has hopefully experienced good working relationships, where people collaborate, feel respected and our efforts are valued.

You may also have experienced unhealthy or even toxic work relationships, maybe you are right now? This session will explore how to cultivate healthy relationships, why this is important for us and the impact to our wellbeing. It will also consider how to navigate difficult relationships which can impact our physical and mental health and at what point we need to take action.

About our speakers

Emma Campolucci

Qualified counsellor and supervisor of counsellors, Course Director and lecturer for counselling courses at Basingstoke College of Technology and wellbeing trainer.

Emma a passionate people person who has devoted the last decade to learning ways to support people grow and develop. She completed a psychology degree with the Open University whilst her children were small and then began a 4 year journey to become a qualified counsellor. In 2013, she joined Reading Samaritans as a listener and then became a trainer, both designing and delivering courses. She loved training! Watching people have lightbulb moments where they learned about themselves and others really inspired her. So much so that she decided to undertake a teaching qualification to teach adult learners. Initially she taught the CPCAB Level 2 Counselling Skills course and have now progressed to being the Course director at Basingstoke college, where she oversees courses which enables over 100 learners progress towards their goal of becoming a counsellor every year. She currently undertaking a Master’s degree in counselling and have recently qualified as a supervisor of other counsellors.

Nick Campolucci

Business Coach, Advisor and Non Executive Director at Netica Coach

Nick mainly works as a business coach/advisor for executives and businesses looking to move forward as well as some non-executive director roles and local charity work. Nick has 25 years of experience working in the corporate world, across several industries, including Automotive, Construction, Security and Motorcycle.

The Coaching and Mentoring work centres on supporting businesses to help them strategically and operationally ensuring they keep growing and moving forward.
