Riddlebox specialises in measuring the wellbeing of employees and the quality of relationships between people – either between colleagues or between staff and customers. Using a unique algorithm, they score each relationship, giving it an RBX Index figure. Equipped with this information, the organisation can then work on improving the relationships to boost satisfaction and performance.
Riddlebox enables companies around the world, including Hilton, Dyson, EDF Energy, BT and Royal Mail, to measure how their leaders, employees and customers feel about their interactions. Putting people and their needs first empowers them to make meaningful improvements that can drive lasting commercial success.
Riddlebox founder, Dr Ram Raghavan, holds a PhD in Human Capital Management from Manchester Business School. It was during his time there (2003-2006) that he began developing the concept behind the Riddlebox approach.
