Using a unique algorithm, they score each relationship, giving it an RBX Index figure. Riddlebox founder, Dr Ram Raghavan, holds a PhD in Human Capital Management from Manchester Business School. It was during his time there (2003-2006) that he began developing the concept behind the Riddlebox approach.
