Performance of teams is enhanced by the quality of relationships within them. Great relationships with team members are built on trust and empathy. This workshop will focus on building empathy between the manager and the team, especially when they are working remotely.
Ideally this workshop will be for one manager and their team. It is important to have the entire team present. The workshop will be broken into two parts.
The participants will work with their teams to identify a way to internalise these actions. The workshop is very practical, performance focused.
Useful for managers that manage teams of more than 2 people.
The price excludes VAT and expenses.
Please get in touch if you want to run this workshop for more than one manager.
