Employee wellbeing – Building trust with remote teams

Performance of team is enhanced by the quality of relationships within teams. Great relationships with team members are built on trust and empathy.  This workshop will focus on building trust between the manager and a team they are managing, especially when they are working in different locations.

Ideally this workshop will be for one manager and their team. It is important to have the entire team present.  The workshop will be broken into two parts.

  • The first part will cover the theory and relevance.
  • The second part of the workshop will bring this learning to life by getting teams to identify, understand and build practical steps to build trust.

The participants will work with their teams to identify a way to internalise these actions. The workshop is very practical, performance focused.
