Ethical Decision Making: Making principle-based decisions with speed

Despite advances in technology and communications, productivity is still largely stagnant.  One reason is poor decision making.  Learn a process and skills that will enable you to make robust decisions quickly and you can increase your own and others’ productivity.

  • Follow a four-step process for making principle-based decisions
  • Use a variety of decision-making tools
  • Make robust decisions with speed
