This practical training programme enables delegates to develop a mindfulness meditation practice that can help to reduce stress and increase resilience, focus and performance. Each week the delegates explore a series of different exercises to help them to develop a beneficial practice.

Each week, delegates will experience at least four practical meditation techniques, alongside a short scientific talk to understand how mindfulness can be experienced and how it can help to induce feelings of calm and focus. Each week will build on the practices learnt to help participants manage anger and stress, sleep better, increase resilience and focus and develop a mindset for success.
