An online service to help managers measure the quality of relationship between them and their team to enhance performance. The software captures performance as well as relationship data from the team and the manager to create a report. That can be used by the manager to understand where areas where they need to focus to build positive relationships. The system then allows them to use that insight to create an action plan that works.
Useful for managers that manage teams of more than 2 people.
The software is sold on a license model. Email support and videos on how to read the report will be provided as part of the service.
