Session 1 – Introduction to the course, how we will work together and a first look at stress

Session 2 – What factors affect our stress levels, living with change & uncertainty, self awareness

Session 3 – Effects of stress – physical, mental, emotional and behavioral

Session 4 – How to reduce stress factors and the role of impatience

Session 5 – Proactive approaches to dealing with stress

Session 6 – Healthy living, self care and becoming mindful, course review
