Thriving at work – by design!

Extensive research shows that a strong, values-based ethical culture in a workplace improves people’s health and wellbeing, drives up engagement and improves productivity by up to 30%.

This workshop is designed to transform the way participants think about health and wellbeing and to provide them with tools and a framework to help them develop an ethical culture and wellness programme within their organisation.

This course is intended for individuals from a wide range of roles including senior executives, HR managers and learning and development managers.

The workshop is comprised of five modules:

  1. What is a healthy and ethical workplace?
