Leading with Heart and Mind™

October 13 @ 4.30 pm - 6.30 pm
Join us to find out more about the topic.

This inspiring and interactive 2-hour workshop offers an introduction to the Leading with Heart and Mind™ approach…a powerful way of leading ourselves and others with greater emotional intelligence, self-awareness, resilience and compassion.

Whether you’re a leader, business owner, manager, team member or simply someone who wants to develop personally, this session will provide practical tools that you can begin using immediately.

During this introductory workshop we’ll explore:

  • Why Performance rarely equals Potential and the role that interference plays in limiting our success.
  • The importance of developing your Inner Environment, because while external challenges exist, what happens between our ears has the greatest influence on how we respond.
  • How our thoughts shape our emotions, behaviours and results.
  • The balance between leading with both heart (compassion, empathy and connection) and mind (clarity, wisdom and purposeful action).
  • Simple techniques to reduce stress, increase self-awareness and build emotional resilience.

This workshop is practical, reflective and engaging, offering opportunities to pause, think differently and leave feeling inspired with tools you can immediately apply in your work and everyday life.

This workshop is ideal for:

  • Leaders and managers
  • Business owners and entrepreneurs
  • HR and People professionals
  • Teams looking to improve communication and wellbeing
  • Anyone wanting to build confidence, resilience and emotional intelligence

What you’ll leave with:

  • Greater self-awareness
  • Practical tools to manage your inner dialogue
  • A fresh perspective on performance and wellbeing
  • Greater confidence to respond rather than react
  • Inspiration to lead yourself and others with greater authenticity, compassion and clarity

A taste of something bigger…

This introductory session provides a glimpse into the wider Leading with Heart and Mind™ programmes, designed to support individuals, teams and organisations in creating healthier cultures, stronger relationships and sustainable high performance.

Because when we change the environment within, we transform the way we lead, work, communicate and live.

Lead yourself well… and everything else begins to change.

Our sincere thanks to Apex for hosting this upcoming session in their building.
