We rely heavily on volunteers who generously give their time to support our activities. As you can see from the Our team page, our volunteers are very diverse. However, they all share a passion for our aims, whether it be in the areas of sustainability, wellbeing or other aspects of business ethics.
We expect our core volunteers to contribute an average of four hours per week.

Ethical Reading is a Community Interest Company whose mission is to encourage and embed ethical behaviours inside organisations. We are always looking for volunteers to support the work we do across our programmes.
We are looking to build our leadership team and are seeking people interested in becoming voluntary Directors to help us grow and develop to the next stage. We are looking for dynamic people with hands-on management experience who are passionate about the role of ethics in business and broader society and want to make a difference locally.
To lead internal HR and wellbeing activities for Ethical Reading, including contributing to the Workplace Wellbeing programme and leading various internal HR and wellbeing projects, as well as involvement in wellbeing initiatives for the wider local community.
