You can only report a breach made by a company which has signed-in for the Charter and have committed to abide by its three pillars and the Charter Guidelines.

We will monitor your reports, but will only forward them to the company if you give us your contact details, in which case we will ask the company to clarify the measures it has in place or is willing to take in order to prevent re-occurrence of similar breaches and also to give us the name and contact details of the person you can engage with should you wish to.
