We can only accept reports against companies that have signed up to the Reading Ethical Recruitment Charter.

You can only report a breach by a company that has signed the Charter, committing to abide by its three Pillars and the Charter Guidelines. We will monitor all reports, but will only forward them to the company if you give us your contact details. In those cases we will ask the company to clarify the measures it has in place or is willing to take in order to prevent similar breaches. We will also ask them for details of a person you can engage with should you wish to follow up.
